The reservation is validated only if you have received a confirmation of holiday.vn and upon your payment of deposit.
Confirmation You should acknowledge your reservation by fax, mail or e-mail to HOLIDAY.VN at least 10 working days before your arrival in Vietnam. Your reservation is valid only if you have already acknowledged your reservation. A late booking fee may be charged for booking that made less than 10 days before arrival.
Pricing All prices quoted in US dollar and subject to change, only the price quoted on the confirmation form are exact and reliable.Deposits and Balance
Tour Deposit A deposit of 20 % of the tour price per booking is required within 14 working days after recieving our confirmation. Deposit should be sent by bank draft or transfer to the bank account of HOLIDAY.VN.
Hotel Deposit A deposit of 30 % per booking is required within 07 days after recieving our confirmation. The other 70% will be paid 07 working days before arrival. Deposit should be sent by bank draft or transfer to the bank account of HOLIDAY.VN Failure to pay by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.
Tour Cancellation If a client decides not to participate in the tour, the deposit will be retained to cover cancellation charges. If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, deposit is full refundable. If you cancel 10 -20 days before your arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable. If you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival, deposit is non refundable.
Hotel Cancellation If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, deposit is full refundable. If you cancel 20 -29 days before your arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable. If you cancel less than 20 days before your arrival, deposit is non refundable. If your cancelation is made after 7 days before arrival, 100% room fee will be charged.

Cash payment Only after the agreement of the two parties.
Travellers’ cheque Only after the agreement of the two parties; in this case, 2.5% of expenses are charged by customer.
Insurance Upon request. Insurance fee is 1.5USD per day per person, covered with accident insurance up to 10000 USD ( Ten thousand US Dollar) by Vietnam Insurance Company “BaoViet”.
Visas (more information) At this time, passport holders (except citizens from: almost of ASEAN countries, North European countries, Korean, Japanese) require visas for Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, which must be acquired prior to your departure. Visas for Cambodia can be obtained on arrival though one of the international airports. If you are entering Cambodia via a land border you must obtain a visa prior to your departure. No visa is required for Thailand provided you are staying less than 30 days. Your travel agent or Vietnam Holidays can assist you with acquiring visas. However, the timely acquisition of a valid visa and other official travel documents remains the responsibility of the traveller. It is highly recommended that you allow a minimum of 10 working days for visa processing. Please note, if you leave and re-enter any country that requires a visa you may need to obtain a double-entry or transit visa for that country.
Hotel Availability Vietnam is currently experiencing high demand for hotel rooms. We will endeavour to confirm your first option but this may not always be possible. Delays may be experienced in the confirmation process due to this high level of demand.
Budget hotels: Generally these are small guest houses or mini hotels: basic room with or without A/C, separate bathroom.
Standard hotels: The standard of accommodation. A/C, satellite T.V, hotel restaurant for breakfast, telephone at reception, equal 2stars to 3 stars international hotel.
Deluxe hotels: Equal 3stars to 5 stars international hotel. A/C, 24 hour room service, often large rooms and good views, choice of oriental and western cuisine, telephone in each room, business centre, etc.
NOTE: In some areas, especially in remote areas, there is no choice of standard or deluxe hotels, but sometimes there is only budget, or there is only guest house with basic condition.
Meals According to many types of our programmes, breakfast is not always included, and therefore you can make a choice for your convenience. Generally in remote areas, we recommend you having Sinhcafe travel take care of your meals because it’s probably more expensive and quite difficult for you to arrange it on your own.
Documents Travel documents will be issued after final payment has been received and are normally sent two or three weeks prior to departure.
Responsibilities Holiday.vn (a division of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry) accepts responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangements affected by matters over which Holiday.vn has no control, including, without limitation, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, malicious damage, sabotage, natural disaster, weather conditions, fire, flood, explosions, drought, industrial disputes or government action or infrastructure failures (together and individually called a "Force Majeure Event").
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability on Holiday.vn's part including any liability for negligence or for breach of contract is limited to a maximum of the cost of the holiday undertaken.
